Grading Criteria (Mobiles)
Our Renewed Mobiles run through an extensive testing process before any device is ready for redistribution. The device is evaluated and data cleansed using accredited software which means all data is wiped and new software installed.
At this stage the device also goes through a 52 point diagnostics process to ensure all functions are working and functional.
The device will then be cosmetically graded, depending upon its usability.
Cosmetic Grading
Our grading policy reflects at the cosmetics of the device. All of our devices have passed our rigorous 52 point functionality test, every device is individually checked for locks from any carriers, MDM, iCloud, FRP or Blacklisting.
We use globally certified secure erasure systems for data security. After devices have completed these stages they get cleaned and sanitized then cosmetically graded into the following categories.
